Tyler focuses on business and transactional law, real estate, and estate planning. Tyler has a particular interest and experience in mergers and acquisitions, buying and selling businesses, private equity transactions, franchising, licensing, business and family succession planning, and other general business and formation matters. He also maintains a robust practice in dental, medical, and other professional transitions.
Tyler is more than just an attorney. In college, Tyler played football for Emporia State University and earned First Team Athletic and Academic All-American Honors. He also enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, golfing, and coaching youth football, wrestling, and baseball.
