Ryan focuses on business and employment law, including contract drafting and negotiation, employment termination, discrimination, and harassment, and dispute resolution.  He has a particular interest and experience in intellectual property, cybersecurity, and the farm credit system.  Additionally, he maintains a robust estate planning and probate practice in which he assists small business owners with their growth and succession planning needs.  Whether negotiating intellectual property provisions or licensing agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting executive employment contracts, or navigating EEOC and DOL investigations and audits, he enjoys helping executives and entrepreneurs succeed.

He enjoys spending time with his family, practicing Tae Kwon Do, reading and writing, and volunteering for the church.
